We collect what the work needs. Nothing else.

What we collect. Your name and email, the parcel details you submit, and the emails we exchange about your orders. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and card details by Stripe; neither ever reaches our servers.

What we do with it. Pull and deliver your records, answer your questions, and keep an audit trail of the work. That’s the list. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

The records themselves. The documents in a packet are public county records; the fact that you ordered them is private and stays that way.

Where it lives. Order data is stored with Google Cloud (Firebase) in the United States, and email is delivered through Resend. To have your account and history deleted, write records@parcelclerk.com from the address on file.
