We collect what the work needs. Nothing else.

What we collect. Your name and email, the parcel details you submit, the emails we exchange about your orders, and, if you create an account, your sign-in credentials via Firebase Authentication. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers.

What we do with it. Pull and deliver your records, answer your questions, and keep an audit trail of the work. That’s the list. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

The records themselves. The documents in a packet are public county records; the fact that you ordered them is private and stays that way.

Where it lives. Order data is stored with Google Cloud (Firebase) in the United States, and email is delivered through Resend. Want your account and history deleted? Write records@parcelclerk.com from the address on file.
