Parcel Clerk

Refund policy

Every dollar back if the packet isn't usable.

You pay one flat fee per parcel. If we can’t produce a usable records packet for a parcel, we refund that parcel’s fee in full. That covers records that genuinely don’t exist, a parcel that can’t be identified from the details provided, and plain failure to deliver on our part.

A packet that documents a gap is still a packet: if a record is truly unrecorded at the county, your packet says so in writing, and that finding is part of what you paid for. When you believe a packet fell short, reply to any email about the order or write records@parcelclerk.com. A clerk reviews it, not a form.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.

Questions go to records@parcelclerk.com. A person answers.
