The short version, in plain language.
What we do. Parcel Clerk assembles copies of publicly recorded county documents (deeds, plats, tax and assessment records, lien search results) into one packet, checked by a person, for a flat fee per parcel.
What a packet is not. A packet is a careful compilation of public records. It is not title insurance, a title opinion, a survey, or legal advice, and it doesn’t replace any of those where they’re required.
Your part. Give us accurate details and an email address you actually read, because the whole relationship runs through that thread. Order records only for lawful purposes.
Our part. We pull from official county sources, verify page by page, and stand behind the work with the refund policy. Records reflect what the county holds at the time of the pull; counties occasionally hold errors, and recording always runs a little behind the world.
Accounts. Optional. Keep your credentials to yourself; you’re responsible for orders placed under them.
Questions go to records@parcelclerk.com. A person answers.
